SoFtApp Technologies was formed with the initial motive to serve the market in Malaysia and Singapore, especially to provide the services as system enhancement, development, maintenance and technical support to LSG (Lufthansa Service Holding AG) Sky Chefs Brahim, formerly known as Malaysian Airlines System (MAS) Catering for its ASRS (Automatic Storing and Retrieving System) and conventional stores, which consists of 25,000 total location (including 23,000 ASRS pallet rack and bin locations) and handles more than 9,000 warehouse orders per day.

As growing business needs in Malaysia, SoFtApp Corporation Sdn Bhd (SFA) was found and registered with Registry of Companies and Business, Malaysia in April 2005. SoFtApp Corporation Sdn Bhd was formed to fully focus on Malaysia business. For the purpose of expanding and focusing business in Malaysia, SoftApp Corporation Sdn Bhd is renamed to CSY Capital Sdn Bhd (CSY) in year 2011 and the paid up capital is increased to RM500,000.00. In general, CAY Capital Sdn Bhd (CSY) and SoFtApp Technologies (SFA) are formed by the professional team with substantial amount of experience and technical knowledge in both Logistics and IT industries. In average, each development team member has more than 10 years professional experience individually in designing, developing, deploying and operating logistics applications in Europe and Asia.

CSY Capital Sdn Bhd / SoFtApp Technologies are also working closely with Automation Support Services (M) Sdn Bhd / Automation Support Services (S) Pte Ltd to provide IT services / product to the customers in the region especially for Malaysia and Singapore markets. Automation Support Services is a well-established company provides automated services and products to the customers in this region.
